I would like to see this also, in fact I will start it with on of my all time favorites.

ELEPHANT STEW

Ingredients:
Elephant (1) skinned boned and diced into 1" cubes (prep time 2 months)

Potatoes (1)  pickup truck loads of pealed and diced 1" cubes (prep time 1 week)

Carrots (same as above)

Onions (same as above)

Green peas or other vegetables as desired

Rabbits (2) skinned boned and diced

Salt, Pepper and other seasonings to taste

Preparation

In a VERY large pot place diced Elephant, cover with water add seasonings to taste and boil until meat is tender,  takes about 2 to 3 weeks depending on how hot the fire is.  When the meat is about done add vegetables and cook for 3 more days.

Serves approximately 1000 with seconds and leftovers.   If more people are expected add the two rabbits to the stew.  CAUTION some people object to hair in there stew.  Enjoy

Doug, Let's see I think we have about 50 members now.  Do you think that would be enough for this crew? :D  May have to add a couple more rabbits, huh?  Oh but you said some people might object to hare in there stew! :D

FrankG

I'm for it ! Maybe Beth would share Rangers favorite bread recipe  ;D

Dryball

You have a new board - enjoy.
