The second one from the top is the Early Virginia.  The frizzen was a little beat up so I took the lock off to send away for frizzen replacement.  It is my best off hand rifle.  Though I'm a terrible off hand shot, I put 6 shots in a 2 & 1/4 inch group at 50 yards a couple weeks back.  I'll try to post a bragging photo soon as I can get it made.  I have other good 50 yard targets fired with that rifle.  Just can't do as well consistently with any other rifle, even my favorite .45 deer Lancaster.
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.

I have several favorites depending on what kind of shooting I am doing.  I shoot mostly competition and plinking.

On those events where I have to shoot a percussion and shoots that require me to take 200 yard shots, I use my Santa Fe.  It is the only rifle I have that I know where it shoots at 200 yards.  It is the one on the bottom.

For small bore events I like Swee'Pea, a little .32 I built a couple of years ago.  It has a 3/4" x 36" barrel that makes it almost as light as a .22.

For Big Bore events and sometimes for flintlock events I like my .58 flint Hawken I built about 3 years ago.  It is a great shooter but is pretty heavy and will tire me out if I am shooting it all day.

For most flint events and all round shooting, I like my Tennessee.  I built it about 25 years ago and has done well for all that time.  It has a .50 7/8" x 42" GM barrel, L&R Manton lock and Davis triggers.  I don't have a digital photo of this rifle.

I do have other rifles that I shoot a lot but these are my favorites.
