Old Salt is special to me because he is the one that got me addicted to blackpowder and rendezvous.  He also helps me to teach groups about the fur trade at my museum.  He helps out whenever he can at the museum.  He is a really special person...and I don't mean special ed. :)

Dryball

Then he belongs here also. Hoorah for Harry, aka Old Salt!

Three cheers for Old Salt.....Still wanna try that coffee of his, too!

Seriously I have come to see that his knowledge is very easily shared with others, and for that I am grateful!

I've been watching Harry enlighten us for a couple years over thic computer. He is always eager to share! Huzah!

Red Badger

Harry is a very special and patient person, when i was visiting with him at the Museum the scouts and young kids asked all those questions they always do.  Harry talked himself horse answering all those questions and explaining things in terms they could understand even if they were 5-6 years old.

And like I said before his coffee is Good Medicine!

"The table is small signifying one prisoner alone against his or her suppressors..."

dntn Being relatively new here I'm probably just stating the obvious, but from what I've read posted by Old Salt, I find his stories and dates, thought provoking, wondrous and inclusive. Thanks for restoring my appreciation for the written word. R :applause:
