Clover valve grinding compound, patches and an appropriately shaped object (depending on the bore diameter). Some of those round and conical grind rocks that are molded with a small shaft to stick in a hand drill can work really great. Found some those south of Pocatello last month at the biggest army surplus store you ever did see.
But take your time 'cause it's easy to take off more than you want.
If you start out with the grind rocks you will probably want to finish with patches and abrasive compound over the rock 'cause you will want to get rid of the circular grind marks that are perpendicular to the sliding direction of the patch during loading.
Sometimes too it's a good thing to check it by shooting some real low powered loads and checking your patches for cutting until you get it just like you want it.
