Hi   If you want to make a quick load board to hold the pre-patched round balls, here are the sizes that work the best. You'll have to determine the shape of the board and the number of ball it'll hold. That is for your own taste.

To build your Loading Block (Bullet Block/Bullet Board) use the following size drill bits...Enjoy!

.32cal = 21/64" bit
.36cal = 3/8" bit
.40cal = 27/64" bit
.45cal = 29/64" bit
.50cal = 1/2" bit
.54cal = 35/64" bit
.58cal = 19/32" bit
.62cal = 5/8" bit
.69cal = 11/16" bit *
.75cal = 3/4" bit

*you'll need to file this one out a tad to fit

I copied this from another forum and used it to make a couple of quick loads for my guns.

Great info! I've made a few of these for the clubs I used to be in. (I called them my speed loaders.) It's nice to have a chart for easy reference.
Thanks for posting.
I am the one your mom warned you about!

I have a chart similar to that but it doesn't have all the calibers you included in yours, just a few.  Actually I've never made or used a loading ball board.  I did start to do one years ago but never completed it, I kinda do that too often.  Just spent way too much time around hotfxr for sure.
