Tony,
   I remember when the tragedy of that day happened and how it shook me to the core.  I was away from my family at a conference and couldn't leave.  My wife was in tears, as were my children.  I can't begin to understand what you, your brothers in arms, or the families were going through.  Time and time again you protested when we suggested you were a hero. In my opinion, all firefighters are heros.

  Now you face an even bigger challenge.  But just like before, you are not alone.  There are many,many people that are fighting this fight with you.  But most importantly, there are people that are taking this to the Lord.  The Bible says that if two or more are in agreement, then your prayers will be answered.  Well, there are a lot more than two.  Rose, we are praying for your strength as well. 

   Get better buddy.  We miss you here.

Tony, Rose and family,
Some of you don't know us, but we're a tight knit little group of people who are thinking, praying and wishing you the very best. Through this forum we have come to know Tony just a little bit and that tiny little bit has made each of us better people. Tony freely shares his knowledge, his humor and his opinions and we truly enjoy "talking" with him here online. We have all offered Tony our thanks and appreciation for his heroic service to our country, his fellow fire fighters and the people of NY, but everytime we offer him our words of thanks, he graciously accepts them, but denies being a hero. It is perhaps that which makes each of us so proud to know him even in this small way.
Tony, ya got a new rifle comin yer way, ya just gotta hang on... Mongrel's workin fast as he can...We're all pullin for you and if there's anything I can do for you or your family, just say the word.

You are in my prayers and please know that even in this dark hour God's light is still shining.

Rose you are the hero that drives a great man, all the lonely hours not knowing how your husband is doing and for keeping the family together.
Both of you are my hero's and Madison's hero's for the many prayers during both her heart surgery's, for the Elvis cards and for the calls about her. Now Madison and I pray for your health and well being. There are very few people that have touched my life the way you and Rose have. I love both of you, I cry openly for you and Madison and I pray for you.
