With last year being devastating for so many, especially around here, this mornings dawn, cool, clear, and bright just screamed out New Beginning! In that vein, wishing all y'all Happy New Year. Plus while enjoying this new day with the temps in the crispy and enjoyable low 40's, I must call my brother in Duluth and ask him how he liked the -28 he had last night.

Last week started daily highs well below freezing and it will continue through this week at least.  That's Va, for you.  Even down in Ga. you best not go outside without wearing a long sleeve shirt.

I hope this year, 2018, will be the best year yet for all my TMC brothers and sisters.
