Fort Grenville Muzzle-loaders held the Members Memorial Frontiersman Match and Campout.
I almost talked myself out of going because I scheduled the weekend off using vacation days..And they scheduled me to work anyway??!! About 2 months ago everyone at that store quit but a part time worker and a commercial salesperson so they transfer me ...... (Not a bad deal.... lots closer to home and after the turmoil dies down it will be good).... But as I missed the camping part I was bummed out...  Glad I decided to go anyway!  Got up early Sunday morning and headed to Fort Grenville in time for the shoot.... I did well enough Had a good time hung out with Friends  And picked up a cool Blanket prize

Nice looking loot you got there. Tell us a little more about the match and include a few more pictures too if you got 'em.  Those of us that mobility impaired need to live vicariously off of you folks that ain't.

We had a nice Variety of targets, Buckeyes on a string (the "worthless nut") not the people 
Hawk and Knife, Split the ball on a axe edge and brake the clay pigeons, bottle caps on strings, cut the straw, cut the card (I managed to cut the Joker!)
Cut the string on a balloon with a rifle and then pick up and use a BP Shotgun to shoot the balloon...   BP shotgun to Shoot a Clay Pigeon I scored toward the upper middle of the pack for a change   Heartless my rifle was doing her job well... and I didn't screw up to bad myself     Janie my Pistol made every shot   Only 3 this round. One of the targets had a set of dice to roll, Even number use a Rifle, Odd number use a pistol on the target, Snake eyes you lose a point and 12 you get the point and it don't matter if you miss or not (I got a 5  Pringle can at 35 Yards +/-) part of the fun (and frustration  ) is the members bring a target to the match such as Prescription bottles on a string... small stick on reflectors, suckers in a board etc...  something different every year
