Update     

Last Friday while settin at the computer punchin in tax info for th govemet, (had been doin that for several days) I got a cramp in my left calf. Got up and tried to walk it off....no luck!   Went to bed with it after applyin horse liniment to my calf, an Jack to my belly! Jack seems to know what to do in cases like this. 
Well after a weekend of dull misery,      takin pain pills to sleep, exct. exct. I had some runnin around to do, and some gates to build at the farm. Got up took my pills and took off. 6 hrs later I was back home for another pain pill. Wife got involved,.. decided it could be a clot, since they pulled me off my aspirin so they can do the biopsy.Well she went to pullin strings in her network. She is a nurse for 50 years with a BSN. Knows every health care person in Golden Triangle, what they do good, and who to steer clear of. This was noon30 Monday. Got an ultrasound done on my leg, that showed a clot, and was in a room by 6pm to start dealin with the clot!

In the mean time I was scheduled for a needle biopsy on the upper part of my left lung, Wednesday. Wife got the ultrasound done at the same hospital, that was to do the biopsy. So Here we set.  Powers that be are getting everything together to do the biopsy now, so that they can then deal with the clot! All this is goin to be covered by ins. See Andria is a Case Manager. She sees that patients meet criteria before they are treated. I would  have just tuffed it out till I stroked out, with out her. If you got a good woman, yer a lucky man!!!

Any how, I had ate light at lunch, cause of th pain. We got in th room around 6pm. Supper had already been served, and everybody was tryin to tye up all the loose ends from getting me admitted so fast. Finally about 8;30 they brought me 2 Turkey samichs, an 2 little viles of canned pears, with a small graham cracker. It is now 10 am, and I cant have any thing to eat due to they have to put me down to do the biopsy. Im starvvin! 
Some wanted up dates, so that's where we stand! Sure need to start drawiin some better cards!

Thanks fellers fer all th thoughts. Keep it up it aint over till th fat lady sings!  SoonasI get some results I'll bring yall up to date.

Got the biopsy done, workin to disolve the clot now with anti-coagaulent pills. Hope to make a break outa this place today! When I get some feedback on the sample Ill get back ta ya! Nothin left to do but set an wait!

Got to do another "core sample" biopsy with a much bigger needle  on Friday! Lab says they didnt get enough for a definitive result,  but the doc that took it says they had plenty!    After a Doc conference they decided to do another one,  to be sure. We think that since they found nothing on the first one, that there will be nothing

there on the next go round. In that case there may not be any surgery! 

The leg is a little better, but after Friday they will restart the anti-coagulant to finish dissolving the clot! Have to be off that med. for 2 days before the biopsy! We hangin in there, hopein for the best. Just a little frustrated with changein horses in mid stream! Nothin left to do but wait.
