Quills

Ok guys need your help.  Am wanting to try the quill work one more time!   The store bought ones are really short- someone suggested getting hides (roadkill or what ever) and getting them that way.  We don't have any porkers here in this part of Ok.  Any one got any suggestions?  From what I can read the northern ones have longer quills than those found further south?  Sure appreciate any info or if have some hides want to sell.  Thanks  Di

If nothing else google Orr's Trading Co. in Englewood Colo. I have in the past
bough some large quills from them.
