dying farmers bundle

bought a farmers bundle of leather. bout the only way to get cheap leather around here. this bundle had a large amount of light grey leather that just dont look rite. what can i use to dye this without havin to order things. i got plenty of walnuts around. just lookin for a dark brown to black color

You can try the walnuts, but if it's chrome tanned it will likely resist most attempts to dye it. If the walnuts don't work,
