there i was ...trapped by the biggest meanest she-bear that ever walked she knocked over my hawkens charging into camp and my hawk was in a stump by the fire.  my knife was on the ground as i was skinning a rabbit for supper when she barged in. I said to meself  "you aint gettin out o this one lad"   and i was right, she killed me grave yard dead.     written by the ghost of "papabear"

Sorry to hear that.  I got a friend that got hisself kilt by a black bear.  He's sceered to death of them, now and won't go into the woods alone anymore.
