after going to the range the other day i realized that i need something to carry all my stuff in.
so that being said i would like to know if anyone knows where i can get plans for one i would be really thankfull.
i did a google search for it but the only thing i can find is a pistol box, I'm looking for one for a rifle.

thanks alot i was looking for a wooden box with a gun rest on top. i'll keep looking around and sooner or later something will show up, it always does

i didn't build the box, i took the pictures off another website and posted them here. i will go back and see what it is made of and post it here
update: the box is made of pine the measurements are 15" x 11 1/4" x 9 1/4"

The grain in the wood looks like pine. Not fond of that type of latch. It's a wood window latch and after a while it'll loosen up and be able to pop open.

I would design it so that the cradle was somehow separate because in use, whatever I need at the time will be under the gun in the closed box, just the way it is, been there.
