The ultimate fire pot...

I think I have come up with the ultimate design for the fire pot...

The tri-pod design is perfect for maximum stability &  leveling uneven ground....

The irons (with a decorative twist & pointed ends) come apart & can be used as the traditional two uprights & a crossbar...

The offset s-hooks (with a decorative twist) hook into loops that are riveted onto the pot, so as not to interfere with the grate or lid (not shown), a lid to a standard size canning pot fits perfectly and allows you to safely leave your fire...

BTW, the pot itself fits perfectly on top of the 5 gallon cylindrical plastic water jug (not shown) so as to take up almost no additional space. The whole thing takes up very little space when disassembled, for that matter...

$150, (includes grill) you pick it up, either at a rondy, or my house (or a neutral location...   ROFL)

Let me know a couple weeks in advance if I need to bring one to a specific event...

Rev, that's pretty cool .. thmbsup how deep is the pot?

Rev that is a way cool design, I'ma little to far for a pickup, wouldn't mind trying to make one if you don't mind?

Nuthin' new under the sun, at least in this hobby... ROFL

Go for it. This was my third one & I think I have all the kinks worked out. It will also do a lot more, but life's a journey, you can't give out all the answers up front...

Well, if you remove the valve that holds the propane inside the tank & leave it sit like that for a few months, you can be fairly certain you won't "blow your hand off".
Most of us in this sport have grown old because we think on stuff, before we do stuff,,, ROFL

Prolly a good thing you mentioned it tho, someone else might not of thought of it... [hmm]

Uh NO.

Many years ago when I was a young pup, I cut a 55 gal drum in half with an arc welder.  Nuff of a challenge there, but it had held gasoline or some other such nonsense.  Filled her up with water and cut away.  Really interesting cutting with a rod and having water run up/down your arm....

Somehow survived without a scratch.... or burn.
