i like liver, brains, mt. oysters, toungue, chittlins,  but i draw the line at two things...  raw oysters and cottage cheese!!! aint niether fit for human consumption!!!

I too will eat almost any thing, but I do draw the line at raw fish and oysters.
As far as cottage cheese goes, if I go to a restaurant and cottage cheese is on the special I tell them to hold it and if they put it on the plate and way I make the take the whole plate back and start over. In the rare case that I get any back talk, I just walk out.

im kinda known around here as the crazy guy that eats road kill ( i dont eat the road kill i just salvage the skins talons claws ect.. or use a fresh coon to work my hound) but i aint gonna eat no rotted milk!!!! id rather eat a possums hindend!!

Kentuck:  I almost agree - but I do eat that rotted milk along with rotten cheese (at least it smells that way)...
When its butcherin time we have the pigs brains (rolled in corn meal and fried) on the plate along with our eggs.... Something my wife will never understand! (she's a city girl). Go Figure

I'm more into littlenecks iced down with horseradish sauce but on a hot july day oysters will get ett too,I like em' steamed,fried or even in New England clam chowder [or manhattan] but cold raw clams is best for me!I  have never found a bad sea food but if you don't be careful bad seafood is real bad!Steamed Maine lobster is the best!
