Some thing I was told

Was down at the local farm store the other day to pick up some Remington # 11 cap for my wife's CVA and was told that they would not be caring any black powder stuff any more as the federal gov. is making them fill out paper work just like for modern weapons. Has any one heard any thing about this

Cabelas in WA state (Olympia) is doing the same thing.
But, Wholesale Sports (Sportsmans warehouse) (Silverdale) isn't..
Go figure ??
