"Greetings All Demonstrators for the 2009 Fall Fest at the Dr. Pound Farmstead!

In order to better facilitate your experience at Fall Fest, I have attached your confirmation letter with important information regarding your demonstration on September 26, 2009.  Since we have grown to five acres, we have some new instructions which you will want to read.   The new information is underlined in the attached letter.

Please email me or call me with the names of the actual demonstrators who will receive meal tickets, no later than September 11th.  (See number 5 in the letter.)  We want to have an accurate meal count in advance and have those tickets tucked within the identification lanyards at your check in. 

In addition, if you have special requests or needs, please let me know by September 11th as well.
