Youda liked my history teacher. Came to school every day wearin a Fotshotkee, (Long Shirt) of the old folks. Dont know if he wore anything else under it, Florida is hot. He brought an old flintlock to class once, encourged us to do the same.Talked much of the seminole wars.

heather is awesome at the museum... She was telling a friend of mine things and I was there listening before I met her and got into this here lifestyle....

You guys are all sweet.  I look forward to a visit Mouse!  I love teaachers who make history fun!  Too many people think history is boring.  Jim, are you talking about at the encampment or did I meet you before?

We actually met before that when my mother was still alive.... I took her and a friend of hers up there and you spent some time with them... I'd forgotten all about it until I saw some of the museum brochures in mom's things...

I don't think it is just neat... I think you change peoples lives with your dedication and willingness to share.

You make a profound difference to a lot of the people who come into that museum... Keep up the great work!
