why do they aghhhhh

why do they always put people who cant speak English or understand it answering the phones in hospitals,i have just spent 3/4 of an hour trying to find out how my wife is and every one i was put through to could not understand English aghhh,it not only is bad manners on the part of the hospital but also could cause some dangerous situations because the person on the outher cant understand the English language,in the end the woman on the switch Bord put me through to the charge nurse Finlay some one that spoke English,i think before these people are given jobs in hospitals they should have to no English speak and understand it.

Geez -- how frightening.  What language are they speaking??  Learn some profanity and a phrase to speak to their supervisor.
On the other hand, I normally switch to a different language when telemarketers get through to me.  Drives them nuts.
