Yep, and until Mongrel educated me, I had been just putting up with long guns designed for righties. That's one of the reasons that I had a bunch of leverguns that I got good with and other than my first pellet rifle, never got a bolt gun.  Anyway, once Mike built Big Red for me, I realized what a difference there is between something mass produced for a set of averages and a rifle made just for me.  Suffice to say that if TSHTF I won't be prepared with anything more than my smokepoles unless they start making left side ejector ports for the AR platform; LOL!  ;D

Those are some fine looking smoke poles sir! I particularly like the Virginia. Too bad the locks are on the wrong side.... ;D

The locks are on the correct side if you are hanging upside down from a tree, or trying to shoot something behind you.

I too have a TV  early Virginia in left hand, among others. Gret shooting little rifle in .45 caliber. Also have a couple of fowler and several rifles, all lefty's. Built most myself.
