Showing off Mongrel's work

I attended my first meeting of Toledo Muzzle Loaders on Saturday, and took the little flintlock so the boys could drool.
My scaled down left handed Kentucky flintlock got RAVE reviews, and I got more than a few offers to go out to the range.   
Mongrel, I wish you'd been there to hear all of the positive comments about your work 
I've been dealing with the flu and now arctic cold, so have not had the opportunity to get to the range yet...it's making me crazy!

Mike I must apologize, I also took my 40 Southern rile to my clubs Jan.12th Meeting and it received the same reception that AZWidget did at her club. I just neglected to post it here on the forum.

If you were back here in AZ, you would have to live with our current heat wave.....warm and raining today and for a couple of more to come...
Imagine, rain in January!!  It's melting our snow..highs in the 50"s,,,give winter back!!

Be happy to send you some of of the 2 degree weather here in Toledo, OH. January in Flagstaff should be a foot of snow! I graduated from NAU a lot of years ago - I remember one winter when we could touch the tops of the drifts from the second floor dorm window....
