Hanshi

I made this powder "horn" from bamboo and it holds around 1/4 lb or a little more.  Except for the tacks everything was made from scratch.

The short starter I made has a vent pick (red ball)  contained in the side.

Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.

 thmbsup Nice Hanshi.Now ya need a Japanese matchlock to go with it.Always wanted to try one ever since Dixie gun works had one in there catalog back in the 80's.

ran into a guy at the westminster md. gun show about 7 years back had an original . thing was in very nice condition , would not have been afraid to fire it ! the cool thing was the odd shaped piece of metal on the forearm of the stock . it was an arrow head that had stuck in the stock , the original owner kept it as a souvenir sawed it off the excess then filed it down flush with the wood ! asking price $750
