Local shoot

A few local shooters got together for a shoot, and I took 2nd. Won a turkey. Might have done better but the pool ball target was
in black and white, and not knowing which ball was which, I had a couple low numbered balls, like a 1 and a 2. I did manage to shoot the
card in half, first time I tried that one.
But we had lots of fun, even if it was colder than frozen hell! The day started out at 6 degrees and didn't get much warmer.
Had a potluck after with lots to eat, and PIE. Good time was had by all.

6 degrees and you came in second?  I would have been lucky to have finished the match in weather that cold and would have been wearing so many sweaters I'd look like the Michellin Man!

Good shootin man!! I like shooting when it's cold,makes me shoot better for some reason..Congrat's on getting a turkey too!!
