here are pictures of the gunmakers fair.  Today is the last day, but have chores to do at home, plus I want to shoot used pistol bought at fair.  This is the first time I have attended this but hopwefully not the last.  There were the usual venders but that is what makes it and draws the people.  I saw some beautiful rifles as well as prices.  One person had several rifles all in the thousands of $$$$$,  one had a price tag of $12,500.00   hdslp hdslp,  what do you do with a rifle like that, encase in Glass,  surely not shoot it for fear of marking it.  Also had seminars on most everthing dealing with black powder rifles, etc., also they had displays of past times.  One display, a working display was how they polished the rifle barrels, before cutting the rifling, the next display another working display was how they cut the rifling in the barrel.  Below you will see pictures of these "machines".  Also there were blacksmiths there from Wiliiamsburg Forge, making a barrel from wrought iron.  All these working displays were very interesting. I will attempt to post pictures, although my computer and I are at odds with each other right now.  I'm not computer literate and my computer won't bring itself down to my level, so............. blah ucrzy pnic............. srndr

Sure go ahead and shoot it at least a couple of times then leave a will and say you want to be cremated and your ashes poured into the barrel and be buried in it    :mini-devil-28492:

At least that is what one of our members plans on doing......
