Hi, Harbor Freight has a 13 pc hole saw kit for $3.99
normally $5.99  but on sale .

Chuck it in your drill, and grind the teeth off with a grinder, then use a file for the fine edge.
your hand drill spins it just fine to sharpen it.

cuts patches like crazy, fold the cloth over and over and over to make a good thickness, and using your drill with a piece of wood under the patch material, just drill away, can cut them dry, or lubed. use a larger (1 3/4) inch for cleaning patches.

Not a Rock Knocker:   Looks just like one I have been using now for about 2 years. Once sharp it stays sharp and has cut hundreds of patches.  Glad you posted this devise as it is most useful in our hobby.
