Got me a new toy!

A little present from Bernie...Windwalker AU, our very good Australian friend. He calls it a "Patchbox" cause it's meant to hold your patches. You know how hard it can be to retrieve one greased patch from a wad of them...especially if you carry them in a cap can like I've been doing! Grease on your hands doesn't help a bit! With Bernies patch box the patches are carried inside of the box away from contamination but instantly available by pressing a button. The lid is spring loaded and fly's open making your patches easily accessible, then just press it closed and they are safe again. Size is about 2" in diameter by 1/2" deep. This is one of the most useful ideas I've seen in a long time. Thanks Bernie!

Pocket watch case uses the same idea, just not as thick. It's a neat idea.

Bernie sent me 2 and swears he hand engraved both of them.
They sure handy for holding 25-30 patches with a little sweet oil on them

gene that one is one of mine a used one as the store where i get them are having a hard time getting them,i am hopping that the new ones will be like the one i sent Ned,the next ones that come in i will by the whole box of 20 of  them.
