Wake up yall!  We gotta get something going here!  The fire in Ca. is about to descend upon brother hotfxr, others may go to sleep tonight and wake up in a desert and I'm on the verge of running away from home to join the circus.  Strike that last one because my squeeze won't let me drive on the interstate.  So that leaves.....

So here are a few suggestions for discussion:

1.  What sort of rifling do you prefer?
2.  What do you consider "accurate"?
3.  Speaking of "accurate", what level of accuracy do you strive for?
4.  Do you consider yourself: a gentleman, a "feller", a sportsman(woman), a rifleman, a smoothbore-man,
     a clod, a ne'er-do-well, a regular guy, a "good ol' boy", a scientist, etc.
5.  Are you: spiritual, religious, not applicable, humanist (no, I won't define that for you, just check it
yourself), warlock (witch), from another planet, not from ANY planet, etc.
6.  A friend of hotfxr, (if yes, then why?), afraid of dogs/cats/swamp boojums/mountain haints/ticks/Hanshi?

Now, if that won't blow your skirt up nothing will, I'm afraid.

2. Minute of deer!
3. 4" group at 75 yards ought to do the job hntr
4. Red neck gentleman, sportsman and craftsman. I really like being hands on pnic
5. Religion is too legalistic and "traditional. I am a follower of Christ and believe the Holy Bible .

What level of accuracy do I strive for ?
To hit what I'm aimin' at !
Really, an inch group at 50 yds. is it for me.   That should take care of most aiming at deer for me.
Everyone probably has some other level, and thats how it should be.   But misses ain't really good, I'd say.

1. any type of rifling that gives decent accuracy 2. accurate enough to get the job done ! these eyes are not what they used to be ! 3. I confine my shooting to 75 yards or less , so,  2 inch 5 shot group at 75 yards is good ! 4. crusty old fart !5, christian 6. he`s ok , cant say more having never met him ! 7. as for things that go bump in the night , no fear , and I`ve had a ton of experience with such , and not afraid of any critters , there are only two things in this world to fear , fear its self, and god ! as the muslims say "fear of god is the beginning of wisdom !

1. Good rifling.
If it does what you need it to do it is good rifling.
2. Hitting the x ring every time.
Good luck with that!

5. Christian.

You must be canting the rifle.  Hold it up straighter and jerk the trigger harder.
