We were in Iowa last March when the lockdown hit. Didn't know if we were going to be able to fly home or not. We were. 23 souls aboard that 737, kind of nice. I have been sticking close to home for the entire time since then. My BFF bought a house in a town called Littleton, by a city called Denver, in some state named Colorado. He is still here finishing up at his job before he gets to go to his new home and start in on his wife's honey do list. He convinced me to take a road trip, a very short road trip, to do a vehicle swap. (Don't ask)
The upshot is, we leave here early on May 15th and plan to be at his place on the 16th. That means I have one whole day (the 16th) to check out the Denver area. Along with loud music and road snacks, I bestowed Redhawk, my pretty red CVA Hawken upon him, along with enough gear to get him started with his coming addiction to black powder. If there is anyone on this forum who happens to live in that cold high altitude area, who will just happen to be around that day, I would love to stop for a few minutes, say hey, and turn my friend over to them to keep him on his muzzleloading path.
I am the one your mom warned you about!

pnic I'm afraid of heights; but also of lows and levels.  I stay away from mountains, flat, level areas and valleys.  That's why we moved to Maine.  [hmm]
Enjoy your trip my bro!  dntn
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.

Last year I would have been happy to meet up with you, BUT we have since moved to Oklahoma.
