Saw this over on the TMA forum.  It's exactly like mine without a patchbox or vent pick attachment but a steal at the asking price which includes shipping to the lower 48.

Ok William, what is a "vent pick attachment" and where can I get one?
I am the one your mom warned you about!

It's just an option that TVM offers on most of their flint locks. It's a clip that is attached to the stock just under the cheek rest that a vent pick threads into, holding it there (sometimes) for picking the vent between shots if need be. TVM calls it a vent pick inlay and charges $50 extra.

Sounds interesting, I will have to look them up and see if I can or cannot live without one. That Hatfield is crying out for some bling.

Oh yeah, do they make them for us correct hand shooters, or is this something special for you lefties?   ROFL  I crack my self up.

Yes, they do make them for shooters like yourself; it just comes with special instructions written in crayon.  Big letters written in crayon.....

As long as they don't use big words, I might muddle through.

I installed a vent pick inlay on both my SMR rifles and it's sort of a "no-brainer" to accomplish.  I didn't actually "inlet" them - not even necessary - just a couple of matching brass screws work fine.
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.
