Yes unless otherwise stated, a revolver is shot in a pistol match by loading and firing a single chamber at a time.

You can't tell by my last couple of targets but I have won several pistol/revolver aggregates using only my old Uberti revolver and before I started using that one I used to shoot a brass framed pietta colt 1860, but I wore that one out and had to get something else to shoot.
