The warning was issued because we like to have fun, but with the written word we do not see the body language of the speaker so at times cannot tell what is being said in jest or was meant as criticism.  All the Booshways on the site have the power to lock any conversation or thread that they deem has gone to far outside the bounds of respect.

As the main man here I have complete faith in the Booshways and have the common sense to understand that even I get carried away sometimes so I will never unlock a thread that has been locked without a majority consensus of the current Booshway staff.
