Thanks guys. I've had this remnant and another one left over after making a couple of dayhorns. I've been messing with them for the last month and trying to decide what to make with them. They almost became salt horns. But I finally came across what I was looking for to make them into powder horns/flasks. This one just screamed nautical to me.
