Need a smithy to make a turn-screw

I need a smithy to make a turn-screw. I saw this in a book years ago. Can't remember where, but that's not important. The tool had a heart shaped end and the shank was twisted in the middle. The blade was about 3/8" wide so it must have been for a smaller lock (pistol ?) Let me know how much $$$$ and we'll go from there.
