Easist one I know of is called  " Pillsbury Grands"  only thing ,got to keep them refrigerated,   dntn      Really easy one I like is Always Save (cheap mix) biscuit and baking mix,  you just measure out what you need, add water or canned milk, kneed a  few times roll and cut or make drop style,  can use rest of canned (diluted) milk for some sausage gravy to go with them,  I like to add a little extra sugar and baking powder and cream of tartar, just mix them all (dry ) up in a baggie and add milk/water when ready. Take a little extra or flour for kneading and keeping hands from to sticky!   Good for dutch or regular oven.  Same mix  makes some "mean dumplins" too
met a man at fall river that used any kind of refrigerated biscuits and then just fried them in the bacon grease, made more like a fried bread.   I try to watch the Red Badgers girlish  figure when it comes to frying stuff like that.

skrt When it comes to biscuits( my all time favorite food) I hav'ta draw the line, No Mixes, Just flour, baking powder, pinch of baking soda, half lard/half butter, pinch O' salt, and milk till doughy, don't knead too much, just enough to hold together, cut with a cup and bake or spread in fry pan and bake-----EAT HOT with gravy or butter, EAT MORE, EAT MORE----veg out, sleep, wake EAT MORE, It's a rough life I know but someone has to do it srndr ;D
