Title: Wonderful Weekend
Post by: DEADDAWG on July 26, 2010
This past weekend my wife & I and Killer and his family and his sons friend met up at the club to do a little range work, mowing and weedwhipping. We camped for the weekend and had planned on doing some shooting after we finished working. The weather was miserable; hot, humid, drizzling rain off and on. Never did pull the guns out as we didn't want to deal with the soupy mess that was sure to be. Could not have been a better weekend. We sat around talking and joking and picking on the kids. We took the kids fishing at the river, kids caught a bunch of fish. All in all, a great weekend with wonderful friends. Our dogs even had a ball playing together all weekend.

Yep we all had a great time. Deaddawg got another kid interested in the sport. He is outfitting my sons friend for a primitive shoot comeing up in a couple of weeks. The kid is geeked up, he has called every night with questions about the sport.  dntn. The kid had never caught a fish bigger than a bluegill, but caught a 10 or 12 pound carp this weekend and he was all smiles. My kids had rick busy baiting hooks and tyeing lines all weekend. But if you all now Rick he loved it. He's all about the kids. Thanks for the good time rick. See you in a couple weeks.
