Just think,a creature with the reasoning and thinking of a man,and the instinct and senses of a animal born in the wild.He would never be caught.

Lets back up here a minute and define "Bigfoot", because there are just a few definitions for the fellow:

1 -  Intelligence = prehistoric man no fire, limited language
2 -  Large animal, limited intelligence, no language
3 - Gorilla, actually a sub species of the African Gorilla

And many more including...

Mythical wild man of the mountains, highly evolved, sophisticated language, extremely introverted and anti-social

Well, the first time was in 1970. Some friends and I were deer hunting and had been out for a couple of days....we camped in a place we had never been before...a very wild area. That night as we were getting ready to bed down we heard something ...unusual. Sounded kinda like a man with a hoarse cough...we thought it might be a bear but it didn't sound quite right. Then we heard a heavy walking sound and we knew bears were usually much quieter. We were getting a mite nervous by then so we decided to take turns staying awake all night just in case. That critter kept walking around our camp all night long and in the morning we found it's tracks...definite Bigfoot. Later we heard that other hunters had experienced the same thing in the same area. Didn't actually see him that time but I'm totally certain that I met Bigfoot that night.
