I have been on forums before that had thier noses so far up in the stratosphere I was suprised they didn't suffer from hypoxia (lack of O2). Since I've been a member here I have witnessed one huge knowledge base that dosen't hold back a bit when it comes to shareing what they know with whoever asks without hesitition.
I am truly PROUD to be a member here. thmbsup thmbsup thmbsup thmbsup

Well, we are truly proud to have you here!
I know the feeling Hank,
I quit a few forums that had an elitist/purist clique dominating everything. bs
....Then I found this place... ;D dntn
I don't contribute a lot, but I visit EVERY day...
We are glad to have place to share the limited knowage we have.
I for one have learned a lot form this site also.
Only been here a short time and already feel right at home. Thanks folks. chrrs
We are glad that everyone is here. If there is ever anything that I can help you with all you have to do is ask and I will try to find the information for you.
I also have learned a lot from other members and I greatly appreciate the help!
Hank-Aye glad you like it here. We are fortunate to have so many great people here. People that love to share their knowledge and experiences with any one who ask. I think this is probably the only forum that actually encourages participation by folks that own CVA's, Tradition's, Lyman, and Thompson Center traditional muzzleloaders. :)

I second what hankaye said! flwa
I am glad I found this site as it is great here and has great members. Everyone is helpful and friendly as well as very knowledgeable about our sport.
Hope I can give some helpful advice from time to time.

I am with you on that one!
Some of the forums had me so worried about the T/c rifle and type of Moccasins.
The number of threads per inch in the clothing etc.
I never would have went to a Gathering or event!
After the encouragement of your sight and the Sister sight I am now hooked!
Have had lots of fun and will continue to refine things as I go on.
But if people are discouraged from starting how does this benefit any one?
In the Boy Scouts we have a new Scout Patrol so we can mentor the new scout.
We don't expect them to Know everything about Scouting we just help them learn!
We get them up to speed and then they join the regular Patrols and are ready to have even more fun!
(Your forums and kind advise maybe serving the same purpose for the Muzzle-loading community) Thanks!
DITTO!!!!!!!!!! All ya'all are awesome!!!!!!
WHOOAAAAAAAAAA!
With all this generalized praise bein handed out here, it makes me feel like even I am appreciated here. Ya gotta be careful there folks, or I just might get a big head.....

I'd like to thank you Dennis for all your hard work and keeping this site going. And thanks to your fine members you make a body feel at home. I been a member for a month or two and have already contributed more than I did in a year or two at the other forums. I don't know that I have contributed that much but at least I feel welcomed to throw out my two cents worth. Y'all are a fine bunch of fellers that are just good old down home folk. You make a member welcome wither they shoot a high dollar custom built rifle or just a factory model. Nobody is looking down their nose at you and are willing to give you a helping hand when you need one. To you all I say "Salute and Thanks" !!
You know, there's no way I could keep this site going if it weren't for the fine people we have here, so y'all have yourselves to thank, not me.
Dennis
