very pretty,
put a .45 colt conversion on that!!

I wonder if they sell the trigger guard seperately, trim it right behind the finger hole, and mount it on a 1858, then you have a grip similar to one i saw on a Schofield revolver.
very different.

Not quite as hard to quick draw as a 9 lb.GPR.

I am sure it is light and quick to come up.

maybe make a front break leather holster that goes to your knee, that should put the butstock not too far under your arm pit, . it would be a fast draw...

Why I got this little gun is cause I'm goin trekking with a muscle bound oaf who throws telephone poles for fun. He plans on carrying a 13 lb plains rifle so I figure this will equalize us as far as weight to strength ratio.

That's a nice one.  I always preferred the Remington design over the Colt types.

That is a sweethart. I was witching Lonsome Dove lastnight and the bad guys had that type of gun. They were good with them too. So good they got hung. ;D I like the idea of having six shots. Good luck with it and let us know how she shoots.
