I don't see any thing that glaring wrong, I would suggest that he
Go to wider belt and maybe move the ball started up to the bag strap.  As a personal suggestion I would lower the hammed of the rifle down on the nipple to relive pressure on the main spring
Other than that

Yes he is one of us: goes by the name 2506
our first volunteer

I agree with Old Salt on the wider belt and maybe a good knife
You will fit right in with the group I belong to

loose the indiana jones hat, wider belt, loose the short starter, the 1750's styled percussion pistol and the small cal. rifle aren't quite in keeping with the outfit. i understand that guns are expensive, and that takes a bit and you shoot whatcha got. oh yeah another biggie, loose the socks. i'll stop there.

i did like the dirty buckskin trousers! seriously! i mean what mountain man ever looked all neat and clean and tidy?

i will get a new pic of me with my seneca. and my new bag. im looking for a belt right now and waiting for my dog to get me a coon so i can make a hat. or a red fox my dad has his eyes on. as for a knife all i got are modern stainless other than a laminated handled bowie made of a old file. and i will wear my mocks next time.

since this is a fellow member, not that bad actually. the suede bag can be rubbed with a little olive oil/wax mix to tone it down. the buckskins look pretty good, and well made. the knee fringe may be tricky in snow, it will cling to them and freeze up. the rifle is roughly based off of ohio rifles in the vincent stlye, a bit later of a style, and smaller in caliber than your average western gun. had one and they are good ones. not sure about the pistol, it looks like a tower model? very few small tweaks and that will be a great outfit.

My thoughts exactly about getting rid of the Indiana Jones hat.  The 'skins are nice, but to clean for an old Mountainman. Roll around in a Buffalo wallow and grease'm up some!  Then you will really shine!

All kidding aside....YA DONE GOOD! thmbsup

way better, grow hair or get a period correct hat, the sheath on the knife sticks out, loose the t-shirt. you should probably be wearing low top mocs with that.

Wear a white tank top so it can't be seen around your neck line.  And wear clean underwear, alway good advice.... &)

if you are worried about the t-shirt showing you could wear a wife beater instead or do what i do and wear a scarf to hide it. as for the high top moccs, maybe you could get rid of the laces, find some leather and tie them up like a french-canadian boot.

as you can see in the pic im a pretty good sized boy and my calfs wont hardly fit in the mocs. was thinking about cutting the hem on the neck of them and allowing for a lower top maybe a mid high moc not a hightop or a low top. just some were in the middle.
