Hi all. We have had a great encampment so far. Old Salt and I got to meet Quigley today. That was really neat to get to meet someone from the forum. We had a good time and were very glad to meet him.

Thanks Ironwood. We are having a great time. you can definitely tell the economy is down though. Admissions are really low for yesterday. Hopefully it picks up today.

It sucked! we are sun and swid burned. after all the warmth yesterday it was weird hat everyone was breaking down camp in sleet today.

Bet old salt was awhile breaking down camp...lotsa gear and firearms...quite a collection of firearms for sure. thmbsup

Yea, but he got finished quicker than usual due to the weather everyone was trying to hurry.

   I think that may have been about the fastest break down time we have had. That is one of the thing that I have always admired about the Buck Skinning Community, they will help you set up and tear down, if you forget to bring something you need for your camp some one will loan something to get you by, if on the firing line, if for some reason you run out powder, patch, ball,
or what ever some one will give you enough to you through. I have even a person loan another a rifle and get beat out of 1st place because of doing so.
   I suspect that this community is the same way.
   I will quit preaching now and tell you that we had a great time no matter what the weather was.
