Title: Need Moccasines
Post by: Dryball on February 01, 2009
Where can I get a pair of Indian style moccasins? I've looked everywhere I can think of and all I find are Minnitonkas and variations of them, plus Dyer moccasins. I know Dyers are worn at rendezvous but they don't look like Indian types to me. Are they? I'd like either hardsole or double sole type for comfort.

Hi Ned.  You can get decent kits on Crazy Crow, Panther Primitives and various leather sites.  U couls watch Mark Baker's first video and learn to make shoe packs.  They don't looke that difficult.  I am not sure about buying pre made mocs unless maybe at panther or at a rendezvous.  Good luck!
