Never heard of one...but both righty's and lefty's should do equally well with them. Not like a flinter...no spark in the face.

Wildbull that was the thing that flashed by my hand when I went for the trigger of my Sharps Cav with side mount ring ... and quickly dismissed the thought after handling it a couple minutes... If ya think it'll bother you get the Buffalo Classic with 32" bbl. Hammer and cap flash ain't a problem for me I have been shootin' right handed 1858 REM Zouave for many years with no problem or regrets.
I like my 1871 .45/70 H&R Buffalo Classic cause it's amidextious as hammer is in the middle.
