Please note this statement at the bottom of the Muzzleloader Load Chart:
"Note: These are general guidelines only.
Some manufacturers will not allow even these low starting loads in their rifles.
DO NOT EXCEED YOUR RIFLE MFG. MAXIMUM LOAD"

Are those intended to be maximum charges or best charges, or what?
