Title: Club Shoot
Post by: boardilly on November 17, 2008, 03:03:20 PM
Grandson (Silent Sniper) and I went to our monthly shoot Sunday at Great Trails. He was shooting my CVA Squirrel rifle .32. They were shooting paper at different distances. Shot three different targets. He won two seconds, got two turkeys. This is his second match shooting. Fourteen years old.  He likes the gun real well, he has been shooting squirrels with. He learned a little more about it shooting this match. It dropped a little at the long range targets. Have too boost the powder up 10 grains or see more of front sight. He was a happy boy and so was I. This was last shoot till March. Had a big Thanksgiving dinner. Where were you Ranger? I had my Sourdough Biscuits for you. There were twelve shooters. The weather was a little rough as it was  snowing lightly. Didn't see a flintlock there. Boardilly

Lots of fun shooting.  Got his birds.. Had Sourdough Biscuits, but I couldn't find the Sourdough Biscuit recipe  in the cooking section.  Are you slipping up?? or just teasing us?
