 Friends,
Wondering whatever became of Austin Halleck muzzleloaders ?   Another company from back in the day.
Our rod & gun club had a gun raffle back around  '87 and had one for a prize.  A very nice prize, I might add, as it had a beautiful thumbhole stock (ahead of its time) and was a very nice looking piece.
I haven't seen or heard anything about them in years, anyone with info. about them ?

They went out of business long ago.  I'm thinking around 2006.

OOB is what I understand as well.  They made high quality rifles although I found the design a tad awkward to shoulder.  That probably could have been fixed with a bit attention to the lop.

I have never seen one, but like most things that were traditional muzzleloading they are long gone.
