As much as I would love to meet up with my brothers/sisters from the muzzleloading world (I hate not being able to do it) I have been blessed with meeting and making friends with a few members of various ML forums. I made a dear friend in Va. that became my hunting partner. Haven't been back since we became galvanized Mainers but we stay in touch. A great human/friend and gun builder here in Maine, on another forum, has become dear to me as well. Then from NY state a rondezvous-er has become a friend and a visitor when he attends Ancient Ones of Maine "vous". And then from the Dakota plains I had one very fine visit by another friend - sadly deceased - who's knowledge and wisdom has been keenly missed by many.
And so, I would love to have face to face contact from TMC. You'd have thought mom would shame my little brother in Ca. into making a visit. And our boss! He and I have a long history of musical "back-o'-the-woodshed" and other fun games; but no actual meet and greet. :'(
There is still hope... I have an open barn policy... If anyone is ever in Tulsa my barn and acrages is available for you to rest ! - and I am planning on some trips to various parts of the country... between school and college and this place not a lot of time to do things, but if the trips do become a reality I will give ya'll a heads up so we can meet someplace for a bit!
