I like working with stone  ! but beads drive me crazy ( bad eyes dont help ) next I`ll turn out a pipe bag to go with it !

That is really nice.  I have a similar (but not so nicely decorated) one that I bought at a flint knapping gathering years ago.  I continue to be in awe of folks who can make things out of rock.  Good job. dntn

I try ! sometimes the stone does`nt cooperate !  I`ve had a pipe bowl all but finished , and had it develop a crack ! pnic  trying to work up the nerve to buy a chunk of catlinite ! softer , easier to work , but less forgiving , and more than double the price for the raw material !
