Title: New buffler horn
Post by: William on April 04, 2020, 04:59:37 AM
To go with my Hawken reproduction. Got it from Gerry over at Powderhorns & More, what he calls the fur trader model. He was out of maple and emailed to ask if oak was alright to use and I said it was but I'd rather have cherry or another fruit wood. He's got just the thing, cherry wood held in place with brass pins. Fast shipping too, I'm pretty pleased.

I normally don't like buffalo horns but I like that one. Simple and elegant looking.  thmbsup

the only way to top that horn would be if it was a horn from "Pancho" to pay for the rub marks on a certain vehicle  :mini-devil-28492:
