figured I should do something a little earlier in style compared to my usual bowies toothpicks and skinners ! knife is 12 inchs over all blade is 7 1/4 inchs long and just under 3/4 inch wide at its widest point !very sharp would look good on the belt of a long hunter ! or other early american frontiersman !
I like it!
Nice!
I just picked up a couple of "Old Hickory" kitchen knives and am going to rehandle them with antler handles when I have some time. I promis to try and remember to get pictures.

antler looks good on them so does a decent grade of curly maple ! not sure what this knife was originally no markings , but the handle was long gone and that patina is the real thing ! blade is probably older than me ! nice to give it a second life as a useable knife !
I like it, but am disturbed a bit by the shape of the handle. Hanshi said he lost something of his years ago, maybe you found them for hum.

well , if he lost his goat ROFL, then this may be part of it ! that is the knee end of a goat femur !
hotfxr! I resemble that remark! wtt
