Thanks for the link. Unlike people who are considered normal, I love stuff like this. Since it is hard to go shooting anywhere out here, I am always tinkering and tweaking formulas, powders and round balls. With the range from my .22 cal flintlock to the 1 5/8" bore cannon, This kind of info keeps me happy.

Well, I, for one, never astonished my math teachers with ability.  Simple things like division, multiplication, etc, are difficult once the numbers get up into the millions and require a bit of study even in the 10 and 100 thousands.  Besides the .600" lead balls I shoot in my 20ga come in at around 330 grains and not 350.  Ah, but mine has a slightly tighter bore.
